Body Wrap Package Policies
Packages may be used by one person only. They are not refundable and do have an expiration date. Please join us in the spirit of relaxation and refrain from bringing children under the age of 12.

May we suggest our gift certificate as an ideal year around gift for any special occasion or thank you.
Phone and mail orders are available.

Late Arrivals
We strive to maintain our schedule and avoid having long waits for those that arrive on time for their appointments. Any customers arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be given the option of rescheduling their appointment for another day or to wait until the next available appointment that same day.

Cancellation Policy
Each client is very important to us and we ask that you cancel your appointment well in advance. A $25 fee will be charged for late cancellations and $50 for no-show appointments. This also applies to gift certificate holders. Please call no less than 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. We cannot guarantee all requested services for late arrival. All appointments guaranteed by credit card.
Any appointments changed without 24-hour prior notice will be subject to charges of $25 or $50 for no-shows without exception.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds on either products or services. All sales are final.
Confidentiality Policy: Slender Solutions does not share personal information on any client.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not required, but graciously appreciated.
